What is your Return / Exchange Policy
Custom products that meet your orders specs are not returnable, unless the product is defective.
For non-custom products:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If items are returned to us in a damaged condition, we will be unable to accept the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Only unused items in sellable condition returned in original box will be accepted for store credit.
If We Have Made an Error on your Order:
Please notify us immediately, and we will correct your order.
